In a free 30-minute call you tell us what your day looks like and where time gets lost. By phone, video or in person. We'll tell you plainly what's worth doing and what isn't.

02 Demo and fixed price

Most of the time we build you a small demo first, so you see what you get before you commit. You also get a concrete plan: what we'll build, how long it takes and what it costs. Fixed price, no hourly billing. We only start once you say yes.

03 Build and test

We build and test everything while your business keeps running as usual. Along the way we show you where things stand, and you tell us what doesn't fit yet.

04 Handover and support

We walk you through everything and give you a clear, simple guide. You pay the final invoice only after you've signed off. After that we're still there when you want to change or add something. No ongoing contract required.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website or automation cost?

We keep our prices deliberately low, because we're small and build fast. A simple website or a small automation often costs less than people expect. Bigger projects can of course cost more. You get the exact price in writing as a fixed price before we start.

Are there ongoing costs?

Websites usually come with a small monthly fee for hosting and maintenance, often around €20. Automations can have costs for tools or APIs, an AI model for example. It's all in the proposal up front, so there are no surprises.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

Usually not. For most projects we do the work first and show you a demo. For bigger projects a deposit can make sense. We'll talk about it openly and it will be in the proposal.

How long does it take?

Most automations and simple chatbots are done in 1 to 2 weeks. Websites and larger AI systems usually take 2 to 4 weeks. We agree on the timeline together before we start.

I barely have time. How much work is this for me?

Very little. A 30-minute call to start, then one or two short check-ins where we show you our progress. We handle the rest.

Isn't a website builder like Wix enough?

For a basic one-page site, maybe. But a website builder doesn't sort inquiries, send confirmations or prepare quotes. That's exactly where you save time. And you don't have to build it yourself.

What happens to my data? Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. We're based in Germany and build every solution GDPR compliant. Your data stays on EU servers wherever possible. We never sell it and never use it to train third-party AI models. Everything we build belongs to you.

What if something breaks or I need changes later?

Every project comes with a warranty period and clear documentation. After that you can book maintenance, extensions or new features any time. No ongoing contract, no monthly lock-in.

I'm not technical. Can I still work with you?

Of course. You describe the problem in your own words, we turn it into a system that works. You won't have to install anything, write code or learn how to use AI.

What if the result isn't what I expected?

We work in clear steps and show you our progress along the way. If something doesn't fit, we change it. You only pay the final invoice once everything works the way we agreed.

Does it work with the software I already use?

Usually, yes. Email, WhatsApp, Outlook, Google Calendar, Excel or the software you run your business with: if a tool has an API, we can connect it. We'll tell you in the first call whether that works for your setup.

Can my Instagram account get banned because of this?

We only use Meta's official API and follow their rules. We don't build bots that mass-send likes or messages.
